The public marketing site is designed to be primarily static. The current demo-request form prepares an email in the visitor’s own mail client rather than storing form submissions on the marketing website.
CampusOps HQ application
The CampusOps HQ application is designed to process operational school IT information such as organizations, users, students, devices, assignments, loaners, transactions, receipts, settings, and integration metadata according to the customer’s configured use of the service.
Security and access
The product includes tenant-scoped access, role-based controls, authentication safeguards, audit history, data export, and backup/recovery tooling. Specific contractual security commitments must be documented in the final customer agreement and related materials.
Final policy work remaining
Before general commercial launch, this draft should be replaced by reviewed language covering controller/processor roles, categories of data, purposes, retention, deletion, subprocessors, international transfers if applicable, rights requests, security practices, breach response, contact information, and school-specific legal obligations.
