Product direction

One incident.
A connected paper trail.

TechCharge’s development centers on the steps schools take after a device is damaged, from gathering accounts to recording a final resolution.

01 / Document

Start with the whole story.

Bring staff summaries and student statements into the incident workflow so the review starts with context.

  • Staff documentation
  • Student accounts
  • A clear incident record
02 / Review

Make the decision traceable.

Connect responsibility decisions and applicable fee schedules to the damage incident.

  • Responsibility review
  • School fee schedules
  • Documented decisions
03 / Resolve

Keep families in the loop.

Follow parent notices, appeals, and status changes through to the final outcome.

  • Parent communication
  • Appeal tracking
  • Resolution status

These are planned workflows. TechCharge is in development; features, timing, and rollout details may change before launch.

Built around school responsibilities

Different roles.
The same case.

A damage incident can involve staff, a student, school leaders, and a family. The product direction keeps those steps connected without losing the details along the way.

STAFF & IT

Capture what happened.

Document the incident and collect the information needed for review.

SCHOOL LEADERS

Follow the decision.

Review responsibility, applicable fees, and any appeal with the case context at hand.

FAMILY COMMUNICATION

Close the loop.

Keep notices and the path to resolution connected to the original incident.

Before you register

A few useful answers.

Is TechCharge available now?

No. TechCharge is in development and coming soon. Public purchasing and customer onboarding are not open, and no launch date has been announced. Register your interest so our team can understand your needs and share relevant updates.

What kinds of work is TechCharge designed for?

School device damage workflows: staff documentation, student statements, responsibility decisions, fee schedules, parent notices, appeals, and status tracking.

Does TechCharge decide who is responsible?

The planned workflow supports documenting school responsibility decisions. Your school’s policies and review process should guide those decisions.

How is it different from CampusOps Inventory?

CampusOps Inventory focuses on devices, assignments, loaners, and custody. TechCharge focuses on what happens after a damage incident, including review, notices, and resolution. Integration details should be discussed with our team.

What should we share?

Tell us your school or organization, your role, approximate device count, timing, and which parts of the process you want to improve. Do not send student records, passwords, or other sensitive information.
