Product

School bell scheduling built around the system you already operate.

The current Campus Bell release runs on a Windows host and sends scheduled audio through a dedicated Windows output to the school’s existing amplifier or PA.

01

Bell schedules

Create reusable Day Schedules with enabled events, exact times, labels, approved audio, output selection, safety checks, and immediate testing.

02

Calendar and exceptions

Assign normal weekdays, minimum days, assemblies, holidays, No Bells days, and temporary date exceptions without rebuilding the base schedule.

03

Audio library and Main PA output

Manage approved audio files and play them through the dedicated Windows audio output connected to the existing school PA or amplifier.

04

Campus Music

Create playlists, automate start and stop windows, and use the active calendar schedule for first-bell cutoff.

05

Paging, drills, and emergency audio

Use recorded or live audio controls, configured drill events, visible event state, All Clear, and Stop Audio. Campus Bell supplements approved procedures and required life-safety systems.

06

Administration and recovery

Manage users, licensing, logs, diagnostics, backups, restore, updates, and automatic Windows recovery.

07

Network endpoints: testing and development

Campus Bell contains zone and endpoint infrastructure. Browser endpoints are for temporary testing, Android endpoint builds require a controlled pilot, and a native Windows Endpoint remains planned. These are not part of the recommended production audio path today.
