  1. Check Settings audio status

    Confirm the Windows/Main PA audio component reports ready.

  2. Run Test computer audio

    Listen at the Windows output before blaming the bell schedule.

  3. Check the physical PA path

    Verify Windows volume, cable, mixer/amplifier input and PA gain.

  4. Test the exact bell audio

    Use the Bell Schedules Test button with This Computer selected.

  5. Only then test automation

    Create a near-future bell and close the browser.

Confirm the endpoint is online, in the intended zone and able to play an immediate test before testing a scheduled bell.
