  • Server is running and healthy
  • Server listens on the LAN, not only localhost
  • Windows firewall rule covers the active network profile
  • Endpoint/Admin device can reach the server LAN address

Network side

  • No Wi-Fi client isolation between required devices
  • VLAN/ACL policy permits the required local traffic
  • Routing exists where clients and server are on different subnets
  • School DNS is not required if you are testing by direct LAN IP
