1. Open Emergency

    Use the dedicated emergency/drill area rather than normal schedule controls.

  2. Select the configured event

    Confirm the event name, audio and destination zones.

  3. Activate deliberately

    Start the event only when authorized by your school procedure.

  4. Maintain event awareness

    Keep the active state visible while the event is in progress.

  5. Use All Clear or Stop Audio as required

    Follow the school procedure for ending the event.
