Drills

Run scheduled or ad-hoc drill audio while keeping it separate from ordinary bell scheduling.

Prepare drill media/configuration in advance
Confirm the drill audio and zones before the drill date.
Open Emergency → Drills
Select the intended drill scenario.
Start the drill
Campus Bell can preempt competing music/audio as the drill begins.
Observe endpoint/output delivery
Watch connected devices and listen to the real PA path.
End with the school’s defined All Clear process
Confirm all drill audio stops when the drill ends.
