Test the First Bell

Verify one saved event from scheduling through physical playback before building the full school day.

Before You Begin

Complete audio setup and create a small Day Schedule with one enabled bell.

Steps

1. In Bell Schedule Editor, choose the Day Schedule.
2. Select the bell row, then choose Test selected bell and confirm the selected sound and output.
3. Resolve any blocking issue, then select Save day schedule.
4. Open Calendar and assign the schedule to today.
5. Set a supervised bell a few minutes ahead and leave the Admin browser closed.
6. Confirm unattended playback occurs and review Audit Logs.

Expected Result

The bell plays at the saved time through the intended output and is recorded in the Audit Logs.
