License Activation Issues

Check the key, network, clock, and licensing environment when activation fails.

Checks

1. Copy the complete activation key without extra spaces.
2. Confirm the Windows date, time, and time zone are correct.
3. Confirm the server can reach the Internet during activation.
4. Use a production key with the production app; test or staging keys are intentionally not recognized by production.
5. Retry from License & Subscription.

Expected Result

The Licensing panel shows an active trial or subscription.

Get Help

Do not send a full key in ordinary messages. Include the installation identifier, last four visible key characters, app version, and exact error through support.
