Initial Configuration

Set the school identity, clock, audio, and reliability options before creating schedules.

Steps

1. Open Settings.
2. Confirm the school name, local time zone, and Windows clock.
3. Leave Prevent system sleep enabled on the bell server.
4. Review local access and user settings before allowing other administrators.
5. Open Media & Paging and run the computer speaker test.

Expected Result

The Dashboard shows the correct local time and a ready production audio host or computer audio output.
